SO what is everyone thinking of the lowering of prices indictor of new "Standard" battery. Overall, it lowers the supposed price for my config 10,000. We were getting ready to drop the pin on a trade in for a new Model Y---Now I am not so sure. Thoughts?

We are with Amica and pay too much because NM has so many freakin' drunk drivers. We have a 2020 Tesla Model 3 right now which is expensive.

I am responding to your comment that the R1T is so much more comfortable than your Subaru. We have an R1T reservation and are thinking of ordering. We currently have a Tesla Model 3, which I love but it is getting harder to get in and out of--I am 77. And we want the heated and ventilated seats.

We haven't ordered our R1T yet, but always pre-condition our Tesla Model 3, 2020. Everything I have read and heard is that pre-conditioning helps prolong battery life and improves efficiency. I think it is pretty cool that I can do that for my car.

That's what we are looking at doing--and then get 3750 deducted from. the price, via the tax credit...right?

My understanding is that it is the delivery date--in 2024--that allows you the rebate to lower the price.
