Good for you. That is our reservation date too--July of last year--and we just got an invite yesterday to configure for an R1T. We are wanting to check out the $7500 rebate coming this January that can be applied tothe purchase. I am going to contact them on Monday to ask how that works...
Just to give you a different perspective. We live in NM, so no SC's here and none projected because of our backward laws favoring car dealerships. But I decided to chang our delivery address to the Colorado Springs SC and just got an invite to configure! And we may take them up on it. That...
SO, no issues requiring Service Center visits? I ask as I am using the Colorado Springs SC address for delivery as we live in NM and there are no SC's here. Good ot hear about trade, too, as we have a Tesla 2020 Model 3 to trade in.
So, this is my question: Are Rivian's so poorly made that this is a concern? We have had our Tesla Model 3 since 2020 and have had NO issues to speak of. No breakdowns or glitchiness--except the cruise control sometimes--stopping too much. We live in NM so no Service centers here. But just got...
We are waiting for a January, 2024, delivery in order to take advantage of the tax break coming that can be applied to the price of the vehicle (Have I got that right?)
Curious how a release of a Tesla Cybertruck will move things along! We have had our reservation for an R1T since July of last year and just received notice to configure yesterday! And we live in NM. So no Service Centers here. But, in frustration, I decided to use the Colorado Springs Service...
We have a 2020 Tesla Model 3 and I use the Cruise Control and am pretty happy with that. We don't used the FSD, even though we paid for it as it is just too glitchy yet. just my opinion.
Some of us are still waiting for configurations, etc. Here in NM, our laws inhibit Rivian purchases. So--still some states needing Service Centers so that folks can order their cars.
Yep. When we get to configure, we are just going with the basic 73 grand. That is alot of money--but still cheaper than a Ford Lightening with the heated and ventilated seats.
Wow--thanks for the pix. That seems like alot of dings, etc. Seems like some of the misalignments are result of folks on the assembly line having a bad day. Are the dings part of transporting to you? Just seems ridiculous.
Hi all, thought I would share a chat I had minutes ago with a service rep on chat. Thi is my third chat, and have had one e-mail on when we can configure our R1T. Looks like it might be in my life time--don't know.
