FWIW, I have had this problem since bring home my R1T last year. My electrician confirmed that while a nuisance it didn’t appear to be any kind of major issue. Most likely noise from the Rivian onboard charger. this is the same with gen 2 R1S as well.

Yeah, I assumed the google cast stuff was waiting for Connect+. But I would have thought CarKey was available.

Just picked up our Gen2. The wireless charger is much better. It is still worse than a MagSafe.

If I were at Rivian, i'd charge $200 for adapters this year and say "but everyone gets them for free next year." Extra revenue and helps to let people self-prioritize.

So for audio / calls, are you going iPhone -> CP Unit -> FM -> Rivian, or do you flip back to the BT connection? If it's the former, how's that experience like? I found a 12v plug under my dash so this may be a weekend pickup for me!
