I’ve been told by service that the exterior button simply doesn’t work once it gets cold. I usually charge at home in my heated garage, so it’s not a big deal to me. When I need to open it outside in the cold, I use the touchscreen.
I just found out my update won't complete because I have an issue with my 12V battery. Fortunately, I already have a mobile service appointment for a tire rotation scheduled for this Friday, so the plan is to replace the 12v then, and the tech will do an on-site software upgrade.
Mine sits at 0% Preparing for a little while, then it stop and takes me back to the message that the update is ready to install. I can’t seem to get past this step.
Yes, they all seem to be fully pressed in.
There do seem to be some defects. Two of the ones I received were slightly warped. One wouldn't click in at all, and one was pretty loose.
To their credit, EV Sportline reached out by email and are working with me to figure out what is going on.
Reformatting on a computer to EXFAT didn't work. Tried both ports. Called Rivian, but they didn't have any idea. They said they would do some research and get back to me.
I've tried the following three drives, and setup fails each time.

I've been having the same issues with my charger. Mine was originally wired with all aluminum, but my electrician just added a splice to 6 gauge copper in the charger. Didn't resolve the issue. Waiting to hear back from the Rivian charging team.
