That was my thought as well. Seems just how they do it.. Same thing last year when they had to replace my half shafts... that time they said 2 weeks and it was 8 days..
But on topic, i'm enjoying the chance to try another EV truck, even if it is the stripped down model.
They told me at drop off they were backed up so it would take at least 2 weeks before they officially got it into service queue. but since it took 4 month for the appointment they have a few things besides the Tonneau cover to look at. This is at South San Francisco SC.
I have a loaner Silverado WT as a loaner now too. Keeping in mind it's a work truck I compare it to the Ford F150XL my Company has. It's nice compared to that. I want to compare it to an RST to see how much more refined it is over the work truck. My R1T is at SC for 3 to 4 weeks have power...
Doyou know how to get that pop up to come back.. I saw it when I opened the app this morning to re-sync my Phone as Key but it went away and I can't get the popup back.. I"m also stuck in the same loop.
OH really? I didn't know that.. I'll add a comment to my service order. They have asked me to take a short video of the "hood flutter" and add it to my service request but not the eases' to do at high speed on the freeway unless someone is with me.
I have a 22 R1T with the same issues. I jad ting washer service last September and it seems to be coming back and same intermittent shaking shimmy at higher speeds aIong with the weird hood flutter at highway speeds like the metal is thin and air is getting under it. I have 30k miles on it and...
twice i've had my navigation freeze. The truck gets stuck at it's starting location and doesn't seem to know it has changed locations. So all "HOME" settings like the opener popup and time based charging at home didn't work... a reset did un-freeze it and luckily i didn't need the navigation...
I recently had a bolt in my tire and went to America's Tire (what they call it in CA) and they were great.. The tech new there was a jack mode but didn't know how to find it... they did have the correct pucks and knew how to remove the caps to access them... So overall good experience...
My experience echoes many here... EA had upgraded dispensers near me last November and I tried them and would ramp up quickly to 175kw and just as quickly derated to 62kw max. changed stalls and same behavior.. I figured it was some sort of issue with the new dispensers.. Last week went back...
The same thing happens to me. I was getting 11. then it dropped to 10.3 after an update as others have said... now when i plug in it starts at 10.3 kw, but within 5 min it is down to 6.8kw and stays there for the rest of the charge session. I tried using two other EVSE's thinking it was my...
Got an update this morning, that mine is in delay. it will be next week (11/8/23) at the earliest so two weeks from drop off.. she cautioned me that it could be as much as 3 weeks due to current backlog they have at service. I remember going through this with TESLA about 6 or 7 years ago but...
I took my truck on on 10/24/23 for creaking/clickg sounds at low speed. I guess they are replacing half shafts. When i signed in they said expected completion was under a week and sent me off to enterprise for a rental. Well today is day 8 so i suspect I'll be there for weeks as others have...
The app accepts my VIN but I haven't been able to complete enrollment. I've tried at 3 different EVGo stations and when i can even get to the point where it's "syncing your vehicles unique identification to your account" it fails. I have a ticket open with EVGO as it goes up through the levels...
