Dc/ Richmond SC. Looks like the tickets were transferred to a capitol heights sc that wasn’t able to handle it or wasn’t open. Didn’t really follow but I’ll be driving down to Richmond next week for only the ac and water issues I am having. Rest will need to be done another time.
After my call from Rivian support on Monday morning it has been radio silence. Never got a call back. I called today to follow up and they said they would call me back and never did.
I picked up my new R1S a week ago and love driving it. Now it is garage bound until Rivian fix a water leak in the trunk. We had gotten a lot of heavy rains this week, and I noticed the trunk area on one side was very wet when I loaded groceries. The D-Pillar on the same side has a big water...
As I get closer to delivery, my guide is getting much more responsive. He is actually very good and just had life happen to him when I was trying to initially connect with him.
Here is what I got back from my guide - “From what I have been told by my leadership team, your vehicle has the upgrade (quieter, faster) air suspension tank and compressor. According to them, the vehicles were switched over to the newer compressors form mid-Feb tot he first week of March. “
So I heard from my Guide today and was very apologetic. He had to take unexpected leave and promised to get back to me on my open questions today. Faith in Rivian is restored and feeling much better about my purchase.
