Took R1S delivery today - Minor panel gap question

Picked up my LE R1S midnight, OC, 20 inch with UBS today at San Jose. Compared to my Genesis GV60, driving dynamics is much better particularly the turning radius but little bit more wind noise in Rivian.

Two minor issues so far,
1. Rattle noise from plastic speaker panel in front dash. Rattle noise is really bad not sure how SC didn't hear or fix it during QC. Opened a service ticket.
2. Panel gaps in rear quarter/pillar. I see same amount of gap on both sides and there is no sealing of any kind. Not sure whether dust/water will leak thru it. Is this normal?
