motor noise

This noise seems to have just started. It has reverberation elements that sound electronic, fades away nearing 25mph. Really bad in stop and go traffic. No error messages. Any ideas? Direction I can give the SC? It’s a 2023 R1T Dual Max, 1,869 miles - Atlanta, GA (Videos attached) iCloud videos
