Welcome to the "rare" occurence club. I bet most of the GEN 1 owners have these issues (just look at the FB posts). Especially empty motion screen and navigation black screen. It is a critical bug that was supposed to be fixed as an OTA within a week. Until now, I have 2-3 soft restarts per day to get navigation back. Turning off Wifi helps to limit this to one soft reset. I had mobile service (for a different noncritical issue), and it seems they are very well aware of these bugs.In a previous response, I noted that Gary was back and my proximity locking feature was fixed. I was wrong. Neither is fixed. Gary just stopped by to tease me before heading off on his next adventure.
