Hello! New Rivian owner. I purchased a 2026 R1T Dual Performance Max (22" wheels with all seasons) about 2 weeks ago. It has pulled to the right since picking it up. I made a SC appointment to get it taken care of early on.

Here is the summary of my SC appointments (so far):

  • 7/10 dropped off. SC said: "Found tire balance and road force to be too high, causing concern. They replaced all 4 tires and performed a 4-wheel alignment. Test drove and confirmed the steering wheel is level and the vehicle drives straight with no drift or pull, no vibration felt on drive.” They said they needed to keep it over the weekend. But then I got a call the next morning saying it was ready. When I picked it up, it pulled WORSE to the right. Do they test drive these after "fixing" them?
  • 7/14 dropped off again. Said it should be ready the next day. I messaged them today, and now they want to keep it another week. Is it normal for two visits and 10 days to fix an alignment issue?
So I guess what I'm asking is: has anyone had this much trouble getting an alignment fixed? If so, what was it that finally resolved the issue? Anything I can tell the SC to point them in the right direction?

Also, at what point does this become a Lemon Law situation? The truck has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it at this point.

I love the truck, but this is not a good look for Rivian for me. Not a great feeling spending $100k on something that you can't even use. Thanks, everyone!
