Upgraded to .46 a few days before Christmas. My wife's PaaK is fine, no changes. Mine (owner) on the other hand quit working completely so I have been using the fob. Now that Christmas is over I decided to address this.
I have my owner card key and fob with me in the car and start the ‘Upgrade your phone key’ wizard. It says I have to ‘enter the vehicle to start’ but the ‘setup digital key’ is grayed out on the next page and I can’t continue.
Any suggestions?

Try the resets? Soft and hard? Both outer button on the steering wheel for 15seconds or hard the left outer button and hazard button hold them down? Also try to delete the key from the R1s and phone and start over again .. I think I had the same issue had to remove all old keys from phone and trucks

Thanks, reset did not do it but I just deleted the app and reinstalled. That fixed it.

Has anyone successfully shared a digital key and had it actually associated with your significant other's Rivian account/peofile?

I had no issues setting up my digital key on my pixel 10 and it works fine.

Followed the instructions to revoke my wife's old ble key (which removed her as a driver), shared digital key via wallet, which works, but it's not connected to her profile.

So, we tried again, re invited her to the vehicle and she can see it on the app, but cannot lock or unlock from the app.

Went in via my phone and shared a new key to her profile, but when she accepted it's back to not being associated with her account or profile.

Normally she doesn't drive the truck, so no big deal, except this morning when I used my key via touch to the door, the truck had no idea who I was and I got the new driver welcome screen and pages of disclaimers before I could switch the driver profile. Might have thought I was her.

I have not tried my wife's access since I switched. Will have to look at that today.
All I hope for is it does not switch to her as driver when she or her phone are nowhere near the truck.

Well, I finally got the key I shared with her linked to her account, but now the damn thing has my phone key also linked to her account so when I get it I need to switch to my profile. Her phone is way out of range so it thinks my key is hers too now.

Traced this back to my turning off passive entry on the truck for my phone last night when I got up to my cabin (otherwise the truck unlocks and locks every time I walk through the kitchen).

It's after doing that it got the digital key confused. Turning back on for my phone and it now recognizes my phone as me again. So this seems like a bug of some sort.

In the car it still thinks my wife's key is a BLE key (can't turn off passive via car, needed to turn off Bluetooth passive setting on my app), hopefully that will sort itself out and then this will all work correctly.
