The fact that Porsche selected a version of the Pirelli Scorpions for their new 911-Dakar has me thinking it may be a better tire than I thought. I have always run KO2s on my 4x4 vehicles but I may just keep the Pirelli's on until they need replacing, which on a 7000lb R1T, will probably be next week or so.
And for those waiting on an R1 who's budget may support it, check out the new 911 Dakar (probably sold out though...)
