The sheer amount of money spent by large companies to cater to or woo Billionaire CEOs never ceases to amaze me (private jets, 5-star suites at sports arenas, conferences at exclusive Caribbean resorts, and don't get me started on the lawyering, lobbying or perks...) You would think shareholders would object or that the boards would wag their fingers, or at least raise eyebrows, but no.
