A2Z adapter doesn’t work with V4 Tesla SCs?

I thought V4 evse has the magic dock with the adapter already built in

A V4 charger should have the magic dock hardware, but that does not mean that any CCS vehicle can use it.

Tesla has not enabled the magic dock functionality on most of the V4 chargers around me - they still require you to have an officially authorized vehicle (like a Rivian) plus an adapter.

There is only ONE V4 Tesla supercharger open to all EVs in my entire state, out of 13 total.
