Like the others on the market place, this is the A2Z NACS to CCS (Non Pro) DC Adapter to charge off of Tesla's super charger network.

I have used it once and had no problems. Includes adapter, case, and instructions. Asking $160 shipped or local pickup in the Seattle area.
