Adapters for the Tooenjoy lift assist model 302

Hi, I wanted to try to install the Tooenjoy Lift assist Kayak rack on my R1SLink here. It requires the racks to be spaced at a very specific distance that is a few inches longer then the shortest crossbar separation distance on the R1S. Does anyone have any ideas about any adapters that might work?

I’m not sure but maybe the Yakima showdown will work in its place? https://yakima.com/products/showdown

looks like there isn’t a set distance. Just a min of 24”
