My guess is that most of the range hit on the 20" wheel/tire package is actually from the tires and not the wheels.

Do a search on here and you'll see the 20" AT wheel (tire and rim) weighs in over 88lbs ea and the tire itself is not low rolling resistance or ultra low rolling resistance like the 21" tire is. I bet the 21" wheels are in the 60-65lb ea neighborhood. So adding aero hub caps? Don't waste your money, likely not going to counter the physics of the wheel.
