Alexa MIA

Have been unable to get any response from Alexa for several days. As best I can figure out the onboard navigation system is useless without Alexa. Changing temperatures or anything else has my eyes off the road and on the center screen which is not acceptable.

I’ve tried the infotainment system reboot to no avail. Anybody have a fix that actually works?

I had same issue and restarted the car and it worked…feel like restarting Apple iPhone ?
