Alexa not working after update.

Since the update last week Alexa has been super flaky. First she wasn’t responding at all so I did a soft reset and that seemed to have fixed it. Then yesterday when I’d mention “Alexa” she would wake up but won’t respond to any commands. Tried another soft reset and now she’s not working even after the reset.

I have a Gen 2 R1S with update 2025.51.31

Did you lose nav voice guidance too? Go to Alexa app in the vehicle, sign out and in again. Vehicle Settings > Apps > Alexa
