You could leave yourself stranded if you only use PAAK and do not have a key card for backup in your wallet ;)
The keycard was on my person, but it was also unactivated... So unactivated that I had to call Rivian and request they reactivate it - because it's now totally DOA. There was no safety net in this case, because they deleted me AS A DRIVER!

After suspecting that deleted tokens caused my issue regarding my driver account being deleted (see above), now I'm wondering if something else is going on. After a call for service (soonest is 8 weeks away) and after getting my phone to open our R1T, I Now see that only one of our key cards will work. Wouldn't be such a big deal, except neither my wife's phone or mine can get the Rivian moving because it demands that a key card be placed on the center console.. Since only one keycard is valid now, this is of course a problem! Anyone else had an issue like this?

I agree this has nothing to do with a revoked token since that does not delete your account/key. Did Rivian state how your keys were deactivated? Was this done in an effort to troubleshoot the revoked token?

I agree this has nothing to do with a revoked token since that does not delete your account/key. Did Rivian state how your keys were deactivated? Was this done in an effort to troubleshoot the revoked token?
Hi Robert, no explanation was given as to why my account was deleted, but since that had happened the day before I received notification that my account was deleted, I assumed the two were related. So my call to Rivian was to get this mess fixed, but so far I see problems worsening, in that my phone no longer opens the doors - and my key card is useless! I submitted a request to escalate the service request, meantime I have to be especially nice to my wife to drive it!

Push them for an explanation why it happened as well. I’m sure they have logs.

Appreciate it! I'm an owner who just happens to be an engineer. I believe in building software I would want to use, which is why I built Rivian Roamer. :)
I don't see your app in the Android store. I have an account and would love to get the app on my phone instead of using a web browser. Maybe you just have an iPhone app? If you provide the Android link I will definitely install it.

This happened to me again on Saturday with Electrifi. I was able to get it working this morning but I missed some great data from a trip I took this weekend. Interestingly my ABRP link is still working fine and it captured the trip details.

I hope this doesn't keep happening.

They can remote activate keycards if you have the serial number for gen2. You need to ask very nicely though. (They've done this for me twice - once after replacing an AXM, and the other after loosing the keycard for a loaner)

Thanks for this! I did manage to fix (for now..) the errant key card, which did 'appear' when my wife added it, but had not worked. The fix was both display and full reboots. Weirdly this had not worked after re-initializing my deleted account. The service dept. had promised a call back on that last week, but nothing. I will dig into this when I take it in for the first service on Nov 17 (earliest available).
