She told me her partner was delivering on on the other side of the mountain. So I thought it was you.
She was a really nice lady and the set up was a breeze (though we had to use an alternate method to get Alexa happy and I’ll try it for the short term if anything). Though I kinda feel sorry for her cause I did a factory reset for my machE and it keep beeping her as she was leaving (really hope it did t beep all the way back).
She did tell me the Nashville SC is opening on Friday.

Will the little bit of ice but the ton of cold with the storm (22 Dec 2022) the door handles presented with some ice crunching as they popped out. Took a little while for the right rear to close up after driving.

Am curious about the little bit of ice on the inside of the glass roof. Not a lot I figure just little humidity and the extreme cold type thing.

I will ask when I stop by the service center next month.

Still enjoying the truck and no serious complaints.

Congrats yall! I have my pickup scheduled Monday 12/26 in ATL.. hopefully it wont be a total cluster. I had an excellent guide, Amanda, who was super knowledgable and communicative so I have high hopes.

ATL service center was great. Had a quick walkthrough and sent on my way. Panel gaps and alignment seem great.. no issues so far. It was my first time seeing limestone in person and I'm so glad I chose this color. Pictures make it look a lot more blue than in person. Wife not a fan of the looks we get driving it around, hopefully they will become more common.

Had to go to Nashville to drop my son at the airport and figured I would stop by the service center and get a pic with my truck next to the sign.

And look what was there. Going to be some happy people soon in the area.

Talked briefly with one of the guys who was very nice and said they have guys working around the clock to get the trucks ready to deliver as they get them in.

I’m getting a wash and wax right now and this afternoon a good once or twice over.

So far it’s just the driver side door that is off a little. Everything else has looked good so far.

Has anyone here opted for the R1S over the R1T? I’m in Huntsville as well and while I’ve seen several R1Ts (saw a white one with 21s on Christmas Eve at our Best Buy) I haven’t seen a single R1S

If it was the university drive Best Buy that was me.

I was in the fence towards the end lol (I was a wushu washy back and forth I admit it lol). I can tell you that at the SC in Franklin TN they had a few of the R1S mixed in with the R1T there and had every color to just about for each.

While I don’t know how fast they are trucking them out to the future owners they at least had them they re and were very nice enough to let me look in the window and compare in person and answered my questions.

That WAS you! With your son? I was so excited to see another one in person ?. I have my reservation in, but I’m currently hoping to find a pre-March pre-order holder that doesn’t want there’s anymore willing to take delivery and then sell to me. Chances are slim to none but we’ll see.

Yes, same here. Supposedly, they are not delivering R1S's here due to a lack of service availability. But they are still delivering R1T's, so who knows.

Most of the R1Ts that I know of were delivered here, were delivered before they switched prioritizing delivery based on proximity to a service center. BUT we’re now within 90 miles of the nearest service center - Nashville. Whereas before the closest two were Atlanta & Memphis ?

FYI for anyone near Huntsville AL that has an EV or wants to see one (Tesla mustang leaf etc just depends on who and what shows up)
