I want to give a shout out to the team at @RealWheelsEV / @RealWheelsEV Bean !!!!
I upgraded my horn with their aftermarket kit. Horn Upgrade
I've had it installed for a number of months and in a cold snap here in Chicago is started sounding way off. I e-mailed their customer service and with almost no questions asked they offered to replace the horn. After seeing my order number they said we see you are here in Illinois....
So, two options:
1.) We can ship a new horn to you
2.) If you want to drive your truck up to us, we'll replace it for you!
Wow! So, last Friday I decided to take a drive up with my dog and let them pull the whole thing apart. They had cool outdoor space so I did some training with my dog while Cory Polka replaced it in what felt like 20 min or less!
We all gripe about customer service when it is bad, but I was blown away by how customer focused they are! Thanks Cory and thanks RealWheelsEV!
