hmmm, Its reasonable to assume that the R1S mounts in the same manner. That would mena the chamber that creates needs to be water tight, and the antenna fin could be an opening to that. ? That would seem risky, because the glue on the stock antenna didn't look particularly water tight, but it could be enough glued down.I think you can actually see a water seal on that part and it does look like a 1 time use thing.
