App no longer shows charging speed

Anyone else have the app no longer picking up charging speed? The graph remains grayed out but curiously shows the increased charge. Have cleared cache and uninstalled/installed, but issue remains. First noticed after recent update.

Mine still works. Sometimes with lots of delay, but the app shows charge rate accurately after taking some time to stabilize at the new rate..

You didn't say if it was ios or Android. The app still shows it for me (ios). If you tap the speed it toggles between miles/hour and KW/hour.

Reboot your phone. If that still doesn’t work, try hard reset of vehicle. After that and glitch still exists, contact Support.

I used to be able to adjust the charge rate on the scheduled charge section and it would adjust the rate for any current L2 charging.

I discovered this weekend, I can no longer remotely adjust the charge rate for L2 charging via the app.

Or they fixed it and it only now affects the actual scheduled charging It was convenient before.

Check the LOCATION associated with this schedule and charge rate, @jerseyff. The charging schedule in the app is effective only within a circle of maybe 150-300 feet radius.

Update: App now working correctly and showing charging power and graph. Thanks to everyone for their input/suggestions. Now if my nav system would keep from blacking out, I'd be back to post update! Have a great Memorial Weekend everyone and be thankful for our blessings!
