Update #2: Not sure why this worked, but I "invited" myself to my truck thinking I could use my PAAK that way. But then I figured it wouldn't work, so I revoked access. Then suddenly I could add my original phone and now everything works. *shrug*. Keeping my SC appt for August 22 just in case. I'll cancel it if this continues to work.
P.S. She's still a hot little number, just in a different way now. ;)

Update: I took my truck to the Denver SC on a whim. A tech plugged into my truck with his laptop and said my bluetooth module needs to be replaced. Scheduled for August 22. In the meantime, I'm using my fob.

I noticed my app is stuck showing data from 3 days ago when my truck was parked at the airport. At the time it showed cabin temperature is really high so fans turned on to cool it down. At that time, my battery was showing 58%. It has since been recharged up to 70% but still shows 58% and super high cabin temperature. I tried restarting my phone. I tried logging out of the app, deleting it and reinstalling it. It works fine until the app asked me to pair my phone, and then it represents back to 58% with high temperature in the cabin.

Any ideas due for a fix?

The app shows "no cloud", something is mixed up. Your center screen photo shows it has cell and WiFI access, so yeah, something goofy with the app.

To find out if it's "local to the app on your phone" or something strange in Rivian's cloud/API, do you have your Rivian linked to A Better Route Planner? If so, check what it says your current charge% is. If it says 70%, then it's firmly the Rivian phone app; if it says 57/58%, then something is wonky with Rivian's cloud services.

(Although I will mention that connection appears fine to me, so if it is Rivian cloud, it's something specific to your account apparently.)

Thank you.

I am linked to ABRP. It shows 70% SOC. I called Rivian support who is sending a mobile tech out on July 31. Not sure they will be able to do anything.

it seems to be working, for now. But I'm keeping that Mobile appointment for July 31 just in case.

I've found that the phone app will get confused or not sync for whatever reason with my truck. I just force exit the app. When I start it again, it reaches out to Rivian-central and gets the correct current status.

I think it gets into a mode where it does battery saving or maybe my phone is doing that. Not sure.

May be something that you could try. Save you a trip to the SC.

Good luck.
