Apple Music issues - Gen 1 R1S Quad

Hey -

Wondering if anyone has had major issues with it working. I was so happy when it appeared in an update and it worked great. Then one of the updates broke it and it's never worked since. If I click on a track, it just hangs and won't play. If you scroll into the middle of a track, it may work, but then hangs on the next one. I've tried all the possible solutions I could find - entertainment reboot, hard reboot, log out of Apple Music and back in. But nothing seems to work. All of the other apps work fine, and the new Sirius works incredibly well. So I know it's nothing with my reception or wifi. So, curious if anyone has any ideas of what else to try?

I had a call with support about everything you summarised. We did a soft reset and a full reboot they captured logs. Signed out of Apple Music several times. It will be part of a bigger service request in March. Hopefully, the next update will fix it, but so far I would not renew my Connect+.

I have the exact same issue! very frustrating, after trying all the resets, I also tried turning off and on the preferences like soundcheck and spatial music processing. Nothing has helped.... I also have a ticket into Rivian.

My apple music is wonky too, but not that bad. Just stopped showing artwork a few days ago...everything else is working. I've tried a soft reset, and still wonky. Must be a bug in the last update. Hope they fix this soon.

I’ve had an issue with Apple Music not playing for a couple of weeks. What worked for me was logging out of Apple Music, then doing a soft reset, then logging back in to Apple Music. In that order.

Apple Music hasn't worked for me since the last update. Have done all the soft and hard resets and the log out and in. It's broken. Hoping next update fixes it.

Yes, I’m having the same problem with my Apple Music as well. Hopefully there will be a fix in the next update.

Yeah, I'm with you. Ever since the last release, it's been like Apple Music decided to take a vacation! It's becoming the punchline alongside the eternal mystery of why there's no CarPlay.
