Apple Music STILL doesn't resume (2024.35)

Guess I'll never know. I created an Apple Music account just to try it out after the update. Every time I scan the QR code generated by the truck, during the login it tells me I need to change my password using an Apple device. I don't own one and probably never will. If I manually enter the link to activate the code it tells me my account isn't eligible for the offer. There is no other option in the truck other than that QR code. No big deal. I've enjoyed not having to deal with Apple for this long, and this just reinforces my decision.

Apple music was working fine for about a week. Then it started having resume issues again. I haven’t restarted the infotainment system yet.

This is why we can't have CarPlay. Superior user experience, just like with texting.

I wasn’t having this problem before today, at least not consistently enough to notice. But today it was constant, play one song, stop. Press play to play next song. Long times between loading songs. Gen 1 Meridian, Apple Music, don’t use the other services.
