Apple music stuck (sign out is grayed out)

We were able to successfully login to Apple music originally, but was having issues with music loading. So we decided to sign out. Unfortunately it has been still in sign out mode since(see pic). Planning to submit a ticket to Rivian but wondered if anyone has experienced this issue and any possible solutions.
