Any have advice to get Apple Play working again.

Mine stopped working about a month ago, i waited for the new download which mentioned it fixed some issue with connecting. I still cant connect again. I have tried a reboot with the Infotainment Center (Connect+) and i have tried a full call reboot but still get the same error message to try and set up with a different device. Also tried it with my laptop.

Stuck...

I assume you mean the EVPlay CarPlay device. You'd have to contact them.

Unless you mean Apple Music, the Rivian-built-in app.

You are talking about Apple Music, I assume. I had this issue some time ago. Select the setup with a different device option. You should get a new QR code to follow. Then just set it back up using the SAME device (your phone) and same account. I’m trying to remember, but I think that was all there was to it.

If you are referring to the issue many had when trying to sign into Apple Music, try selecting “sign-in as a different user” and then followng the steps using your original info. That worked for me and pretty much everyone else.
