My driver side rear window just did the same thing stuck about an inch away from the top did all the calibration steps and resets. Service said could be 3 weeks for an appointment to get it fixed
I love the truck but these windows are unbelievable.
I've been driving for 30 years. I've never had to recalibrate a window until this truck.
Now in the last year I've had the passenger window require me to recalibrate it multiple times, and once required a service visit for some other level of calibration.
Now the driver's window is out of whack, calibration is not working, and an appointment is scheduled in two weeks.
At least I can get it up (hold the switch up at the first point).
(I'm extra salty because it was at a SC for a month for unrelated problems, I've had it back less than a week and already things aren't working.)
Has anyone else had this happen and found any self-help steps that resolved it? It just happened on my '23 R1T on passenger rear, when I tried to remotely close the vented windows before a mower passed by me parked at office. I've been through a soft restart, hard restart, the 5sec/5sec recalibration, and the multiple steps suggested by the mobile tech in the earlier reply from 2022.
