Arrival range estimate - missing (hashed out)

Several weeks ago when planning a route in my R1T, I noticed that the arrival range estimate was gone. Where normally you would see the estimate of how much available battery capacity you would have at the end of the route was replaced with a grey hatched oval.
I had an open ticket at the time which I was told was due to a faulty communications module, but after that service (<rant> which, as it turns out, nothing was actually done to the vehicle that required me driving an hour and leaving it for several days at the SC </rant>) the issue persisted.

So - is this expected for someone who didn't subscribe to Connect+ (noting the issue first occurred while I was in the trial period)? I didn't see this as a feature that would only be available with Connect+. I can live without the satellite view, but the range estimation was something I found useful.

BTW - I tether to my phone when driving so the truck has internet connectivity continuously.

Thanks for the reply (and love the Compass Yellow which I wasn't able to get as Rivian discontinued the Compass Yellow / Forest Edge combo while I was waiting for delivery).

I tried all the above but didn't correct it. SC said they did a "reset" a few days ago when I brought it in (whatever that means) but no change.

Reset time.
That was my immediate thought which I did prior to posting (full & infotainment) but neither corrected the issue.
