Thanks all. I got it re-enabled. I don't ever remember disabling it. One of the Rivian mysteries.

Some things get reset after OTA. Good to read update notes and go through the various screens after each update.

That's automatic headlights (i.e. switching from DRLs to headlights). The OP was asking about automatic high-beams (turning them on and off as other vehicles are detected)
