So my truck just arrived at the SF service center yesterday (shipped on the train about 3 weeks ago)! Guide originally gave a conservative estimate of 6-8 weeks, so this is wayyy earlier.

Should be getting it this weekend or early next week!

I had a December January window with a manual tonneau. Felt if I changed to an auto cover I would get the truck sooner. Changed the configuration on 7/25 and was contacted and assigned a guide 5 days later. Truck is being delivered tomorrow.

Just got the R1T confirm config (selected for fulfillment) email for my R1T today.

Mixed emotions...happy to be at this point but it has struck me as being "real" now that I have to part with a significant amount of money (either cash or going through the whole financing headache). Also, even though there was a 0% chance of it happening, wanted to take the R1S first to score points with my better half. If she doesn't like the truck, could be that we flip it or trade it for when the R1S comes around.

All in all, it is a good dilemma to be in and one that I would have happily welcomed months ago.

Meant to provide an update earlier.
What is being fulfilled is my reinstated order. In the conversation with my guide he was saying my order date was April 1, 2022. When I inspect the webcode, that is what is reflected also. My original order date for that order shows as cancelled in the webcode.

So, where I am going with this is it would appear that at least in my case, my order date that is used for fulfillment is not the pre cancellation order date. My guide even made a comment about the reflected April date being that I "won" the lottery.
