I love how black badges look on white vehicles, and I saw a full set on Amazon and jumped on it. I won't link to it, but easy to find on Amazon.
I already had a drill and a heat gun, I just needed to buy a sticker eraser wheel:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L1BVQB7?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
I use the foam stencil that came with the badge kit to tape out a guide. I then used the heat gun to soften the glue, and a heavy-duty thread to saw away the original badges.
I then used the drill with the eraser wheel to remove the glue. It worked really well and was very quick. I used alcohol pads to wipe away any residue and prepare the surface for the new badges.
I used the foam stencils to line up the placement of the badges.
I decided to leave the original yellow stripe, I think it looks better with it.
