I just returned from a trip and the phone no longer connects to the Rivian for music or calls. It was working fine before I left. I've tried pairing it several times including unpairing Rivian audio and starting over - it's not connecting. Any ideas?

Similar issue: I can no longer get Pandora to Shuffle play, or even play entire groups in My Collection (it gets stuck on one song). Perhaps a reset of some kind?

Do an infotainment reset, also known as a soft reset. If that doesn't work do a full reset.

I’ve also noticed an issue with phones paired not playing media. Each time this has occurred I’ve needed to go into the settings-bluetooth-“phone” and then there are three dots to the right side which when selected show what you want to allow, I need to turn on “media” then my phone can stream music.

Infotainment reset did the trick! It connected right away! Thanks very much
