Cameras freezing up

I’m wondering if anyone has had issues with their cameras. Mine stop working several times each day. I keep getting a “ reset software “ screen when going into reverse or simply pushing the camera button. I have to do an infotainment reset or even a full reset to get them working again. 2023 R1T.
On some days I’ll have a camera screen freeze showing an image from hours ago. Rivian replaced the front camera but the very next day it failed again so it seems like it may be a module or computer issue ?

Any insight would be appreciated. It’s going back to Rivian service in a few days.

Okay finally someone with the same issue. Our gen2 r1s has similar issue where frequently cameras don't come online and screen asks for soft reset which fixes it. We have yet to take it in for this issue. Keep this thread updated. Very frustrating. Online support asked us to hard reset but did not fix it. Have continued to install updates with no improvement either.

‘Good news and a fix. My R1T initially had error codes for a defective camera which was replaced. The screen locked up the very next day. After further diagnosis it was discovered that the AXM module was faulty and it’s now fixed. The repairs were at the West Sacramento service center.

I really appreciate them taking the time to find it and get the repair completed

I have been so frustrated with my cameras. I have the same issue with no resolution. Do either of you mind PM me with your name also? I’ll reference your cars to get the same repair done. Thanks!

this has been happening to me since the halloween update -- and it's had a mobile service and went to a SC and both time they said it was fixed... and it wasn't. I'm so frustrated that I lose the cameras on every drive

Same issue here. They replaced my ECU and still having the regular software reset.
