Can't log in to Sirius listener profile

Since loading the late update Sirius doesn't recognize my username and password to log in to my listener profile. Stations are all there just no favorites or syncing with my phone.
45 minutes on the phone with Sirius and I couldn't get any helpful info. Yes, I tried hard and soft resets.
Darn first world problems.

I had the same issue. I did a reset, logged back in and unfortunately all my favorites went away and had to redo.

I have a XM account, but I dont see a way to Log In on the Car App, just to call and get my serial activated.

Am I missing something?

For what it’s worth: both R1S needed me to log back in to Sirius, but it worked.

One was outside and on the edge of WiFi coverage (we’ve got near zero AT&T here), so fought with it for a while: no prob once in the garage and full WiFi signal.

I was finally able to use my existing Sirius streaming log in. I had to redo my favorites but one less login to remember.

Same here. Both of ours required logging back in. And everything was there once logged in. No favs lost.

I have a streaming account already too. It looks like you can't use that. They want a new subscription for each vehicle. So you could add this vehicle to your account and pay again. Same issue with Tesla. I understand doing this when it was actually using the satellite, but not now. I'll just keep using my phone and bluetooth. Plus I don't think it saves your progress in a show/episode (I only use it for shows and not music) across devices anyway, so using a common phone everywhere is better.
