Car seat buckle backwards?

May not be explaining well but is it normal to have the seat buckle “press” orienting upside down? Belt /tether is not twisted. This is the 2nd row drivers side seat. Rotating 180 degrees twist the belt attachment.

Normal? No. It's installed backwards. I had the same problem with the exact same seatbelt. I just removed the bolt from underneath, pulled it up a bit through the top of the seat and untwisted it (be careful with the sensor wire that snakes through), and then put things back together properly. It's pretty trivial to fix.
