Change Functions on the Dash Display Shortcuts Menu?

Is there a way to add/change/delete entries on the Shortcuts Menu that can be dragged in from the left side of the dash display?

Thanks, I was a afraid that's the case. Amazing how spoiled we get where we can just drag and drop to customize!
