Picked up a Gen 2 R1T this week.. It arrived wrapped from the factory. Could you recommend some effective cleaning products to remove bugs, dirt, and other debris from the wrapping? Additionally, I’d appreciate any tips on maintaining the wrap in good condition.

Apply only pH neutral foam or shampoo for PPF. This is a good choice: KOCHCHEMIE Gentle Snow Foam. A foam cleaner will need a spray gun though. I would also go with the 2 bucket system. One for soap one for rinse to avoid creating swirls from dirty towels and sponges like this one: Optimum Big Red Sponge 2.0. Let the soap/foam sit for a few minutes to pull out the dirt. Rinse and dry with a waffle comb towel. The PPF should make it easy to wash.

Don’t use any chemical that speaks to make things shiny if you have a matte PPF. Dr Beasleys has good interior cleaners and protectants.

Since it's PPF, you can go a little harder on what you use to apply the wash shampoo or whatever... Even carwash brushes would work. PPF would "self-heal" for scratches while left at the sun/heat. This is one of the reasons why I did full Stealth PPF into my R1T. I can do manual or automatic car wash without being anal about it :)

If you go through a car wash it will void the warranty. Don’t.

also the chemicals used in a car wash are very harsh I wouldn’t. You do you. You just spent a lot on the vehicle and your going to beat the crapmout of the paint, trim, and film.

I don't have the factory ppf I have Ceramic Pro. I use Chemical Guys quick detailer or ceramic quick detailer for light cleaning and Chemical guys ceramic car wash soap in foam gun when extra dirty. Still looks good a couple of years into the ppf.

It's my 2nd vehicle with full PPF (My Wife's Tesla M3 is the other one) and my local installer encourages his customers to use Car Washes :) He's great and I had to replace one bit in my R1T (the charge port PPF came off a little bit) already and I had no issues.

Also, I had a full front PPF on my previous Daily (BMW X3) which got hit by a car sideways, he replaced my PPF free of charge from my bumper (And used it as promo as the paint was PERFECT underneath).

So... at least in MY CASE, No it won't void my warranty.
