I just filled out a Rivian survey after 6 months of ownership. There were some optional questions that had some interesting questions. For example whether I would want more range, how much more would be sufficient, and how much would I be willing to pay.
Overall pretty comprehensive - interior, exterior design, function, infotainment, charging, performance, etc.
I hope they are listening.
Given we live and camp/hike in the wilds of the Southwest I requested quicker charging & more range, and better efficiency (at least until there are a LOT more chargers out in the deserts) vs 1000 + horsepower. I know we are probably an outlier but would be happy to forgo the 3rd row seats and add battery capacity and/or full size spare in R1S ”Ultra”.
