COMPLETED!!! Any way to find service center arrival date

Good evening! I purchased an R1T from existing Rivian inventory and was wondering if anyone knows of a hack that, using the VIN, might show where a vehicle is - on its way to the service center, at the service center, etc.

I have the VIN as it was listed with the vehicle when I went through the inventory purchase process.

Yea absolutely. Copy your VIN and then go into the contact section of the app or website. Message your guide the VIN and ask him where it is. Then wait a few hours for a response. Simple. That way you know when to figure the insurance and payment steps but the actual service center will reach out for final schedule when it gets close.

Just message the guide, they'll know where it is and when it got there. For me I bought from the shop, guide and SC reached out to me telling me about the process, then I asked them both when I will pick it up, guide said "at the factory, so 4-8 weeks", SC said "at the factory so 4-6 weeks". The next day the guide told me it got on the train, and the SC immediately gave me a pickup time.

So I think once it's on the train the SC can probably get you an exact date.

I think the guides can tell you when it has shipped and approximately how long it takes to get there, but like most freight shipping they don't get much visibility in between the 2 places. My guide said mine had shipped and I should expect it within a couple weeks, then it showed up at the service center 2 days later LOL
