Dealership Decal Removal on Xpel Stealth PPF

long story short, found a used R1T from a dealership that was already wrapped and tinted.
The dealership placed a vinyl? decal on top of the wrap.

Does the traditional method of applying.. hairdryer/heat gun heat work in this instance?
Will it locally ruin the wrap?
Any other method or tips for removing this decal without damage?

Congrats on the R1. I would think if it’s just a sticker you should be able to pick it off with your fingernails easily. It likely hasn’t been on there long.

I would have made them remove it as part of the deal. I hate those dealer emblems/decals/stickers.
