Yeah, Rivian has somehow managed to implement a purchasing and distribution model that makes me miss traditional car dealers.

How can Domino's pizza do a better job of status tracking and updates than this "tech-heavy" company with ties to Amazon? Almost makes me wonder if they don't want to sell these cars in order to minimize their losses.

Agree. As a business owner (small, but quite productive) I understand that my success is directly tied to the "positive experiences" that my clients have when they visit us. It's not "rocket science".

Now, If I was running a business that was "struggling" I would bend over backwards to keep my clients happy, as I know that the alternative would be Chapter 8. Here is a motto I learned in dentistry YEARS ago: "A happy patient will tell some of their friends (or family) about their experience, BUT an unhappy patient will tell everyone".......
