Denver Service Center - Poor Experience

I have had yet another poor Denver Service Center experience. Anyone else at their wits end with this place? They previously brought my truck in on a flat bed for a warranty issue, damaged the vehicle and now I am asking them to fix additional damage and they are refusing. It honestly gets worse and worse each time I go there.

Did my test drive in Denver. My experience was positive. That said, what happens in the service bay can be entirely different. Hope all gets worked out. Very frustrating….

The friendly/good advisors, and the top mechanics have moved over to the new Louisville location.

I have to add to the positive experience column for Denver Service over the last 1.5 years, including a warrantied tow/repair for a broken half shaft. Hopefully growing to handle R2 service doesn't affect it, but I've seen it happen before.

Or possibly Centennial? I had a good experience there recently.

Nothing but positives about my past experiences at Denver SC.
