Door Flashlight Stopped Working After 4 Days?

Hey all,

Just picked up my 2025 Rivian R1T! So far it has been the best truck I've ever owned.

Went to use my flashlight the other day and nothing. Tried wedging it with some paper like others have mentioned to see if it was a charging angle but still nothing. Do you think the flashlight is just faulty after 4 days of ownership?

Let me know if there are any secrets I should know.

Inserted fully into the charging dock? Dead or faulty cell that can’t be charged. Or the charging dock is faulty. Service request. Gather up all other issues you want fixed to make the appointment more worthwhile, since it could be days spent at service— pending their workload.

A few owners have reported defective charging docks in the door... it may be the dock.
