Error message accessing Rivian account

For two days running, I have gotten an error message (below) stating that the my Rivian account was not immediately accessible and the webpage needed to be refreshed. Clicking the "Refresh page" button brings up the usual welcome page, but only for a few seconds before reverting to the error message.

Is this a problem with my browser and/or settings (Firefox) or something on Rivian's end? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Apologies in advance if this is posted on the wrong forum page; hopefully an admin will move it if that's the case.

Seems to be working without issue for me (safari browser). Try clearing the Rivian website cookies and see if that helps.

Maybe try clearing your browser cache? Try Private Mode? Different Browser or Different Computer.

Excellent recommendation on first steps. You can also try with a different browser to verify if it's a browser issue.

I have MFA enabled, I was able to log in a few minutes ago.

Exactly the same detail in my case. I can get to the Gear Shop and all the other pages as well as my configuration, but see the error massage after the Home Page is briefly displayed immediately after signing in. I did notice that the issue started after Rivian changed the sign-on page, but of course don't know if that's the cause or merely coincidence. Curious.
