Feeling Ghosted by Rivian Customer Support

Do you always get the same Guide?

My account says Danny R, but I have never been contacted by him. I have been helped by several other guides.
Guides change over time. I was assigned a guide a very long time ago and am on my fourth or possibly fifth guide (I've actually lost count).

To the OP: In the nearly two years that I've had a Guide, I've only contacted them infrequently, perhaps a half-dozen times. In most cases, they responded within 48 hours, though at least once it was several days.

In any event, in 48 hours, you will have new Rivian in your driveway. Best wishes with the new vehicle and hopefully Rivian Support will be a bit more responsive than your Guide.

Did anyone else get a message that looks like it might be from Rivian but is actually from proof.com that asked to click on link to get a document notarized?

That's legit.

We did. They didn't get our registration right, so we had to use an online notary with proof.com.

That's legit.

We did. They didn't get our registration right, so we had to use an online notary with proof.com.
Turned out to be to sign vehicle title

UPDATE

I called Guide again today repeatedly without leaving voicemail.
Surprised when a few minutes later he called to say he’d noticed my missed calls.
I told him he missed my texts and voicemails since Wednesday and he found them in the logs and apologized.

Anyway, I managed to get a lunchtime pick up time instead of end of day (wife has work meeting).
15 minutes later he calls me again. Prep team had found an issue that needed a part replacement so more time needed. Now have Wednesday lunchtime pick up.

Silver lining. Weather will be nice, not dark and rainy.

UPDATE
A day late and a little waiting around in Bellevue while they replaced rear bumper that was scratched.
It was a nice sunny day for first drive. My 15 year old son was blown away by all the tech. We spent an hour in the driveway going through all the menu options, though I still feel there might be some features that we missed. Here's the pic.
