This is the important thing to remember. I can see this being very important for a new company to protect themselves for any future offerings.

Yeah I get it that Rivian needs to show that they acted on it otherwise they are leaving themselves open. Like others said, surprised they missed the emblems. Hope things work out, but if not, I need to get another set of the black/yellow emblems as a backup.
