I have added this multiple times to several Rivian support tickets (was a wait until FM module fix thing) - just created a new ticket now, now that my FM module is fixed.
Had a few interactions with Rivian support regarding this issue. All have been positive. After capturing a few diagnostics for them, it appears they want the truck to be brought to the service center for further analysis.
Apparently, they need to run more diagnostics to help troubleshoot the problem and figure out a fix.
I would like to help, but I am not going to drop 1k for towing or take the 6+ hour round trip drive for this annoying bug.
If any others have this issue and are close to a service center with a willingness to take the time, Rivian seems ready to help.
This issue has been "paused" for me and will be saved for any future visits my truck hopefully doesn't need.
